On -/-/-, I received a letter dated -/-/2016 from Kohl 's that I had opened a credit card. I did not open any credit cards with this company. I called they and they informed me that an online application had been placed for a credit card in my name. Both were cancelled by Kohl 's, however, the inquiry still remains on my credit report.
