JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit Card Complaint

Unsolicited issuance of credit card

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card California

On - -, 2016, I received a - - - Card from Chase in the mail - WHICH I NEVER APPLIED FOR. The very next day, I called Chase to close the account and find out how this happened. They told me that I had applied for it on - -, 2016 and was approved right away. I fear that either I have been the victim of identity theft, or someone who works at Chase somehow accessed my personal information fraudulently in order to open an account in my name. I had to take time out of my busy life to put a security alert on my credit file and investigate this further.
