Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Georgia

Approximately on or about -/-/2016 I filed a dispute with Experian who failed to due a proper investigations because they limit the amount you can write in order to prompt and investigation. These are the following issues I have : Personal Information I have filed a dispute regarding the name - - -. I have never gone by this name nor have I ever submitted a credit application for this name. I am requesting that this inaccurate name be removed from my credit report but Experian reported that it was accurate and that a credit agency reported this name. Credit Accounts - recently in error reported me 30 days past due. I spoke with - on -/-/2016 in regard to the error on my report. When I asked then to change the error I was informed by the collection rep that they can not change credit report errors and that only the credit bureaus had the authority to do that. I was instructed to file a dispute which would prompt - to change my report. I filed a dispute as instructed but Experian just called to verify information instead investigating the phone conversation with the rep.
