Navy FCU Credit card department,

Billing disputes New Jersey

Someone opened up a Navy Federal Credit Union account in my name. I have tried twice to dispute it with them, and they denied me both times. I even asked them to tell me how the credit money was used so I could prove it was n't me, and they did n't give me that chance. It is negatively affecting my score.
