Empowerment Ventures, LLC Prepaid card department,

I have been a customer of Rushcard since -/-/-. On -/-/- i received a refund over $2400.00 to my rushcard from my Home Mortgage Insurance company. Rushcard immediately froze my account and labeled this matter as fraud. They would not even allow me to access funds i already had in the account before the refund was deposited into my account. i sent in proof of my identity and the insurance company sent in proof of this transaction showing it is legeit. Rushcard will not allow me still to access the funds that were previous in my account. i have - kids to feed and i have no money because all of my money was on my rushcard debit card. Your help is greatly appreciated.
