Barclays PLC Credit card department,

I did a credit card balance transfer from - ( - ) to Barclays Bank Delaware on -/-/16 for $1100.00 the money was never credited to - we were charged late fees from them and the worse part is that Barclays Bank deducted $2000.00 from our checking account without our authorization ( I 'm attaching - statement ) ( I did a previous deduction authorization on other credit card I have with them, but not in this - ) and we do n't know the reason how they get to that amount ; now, up to today there is no trace of the payment made by Barclays and what is worst our money is still lost and we have to pay our bills.
