My wife and I received a two year, same as cash loan from Mariner Finance to purchase a new television from the - - -. We were told that Mariner Finance was going green and all information about the account could be managed from their website, not giving us, the consumer, a chance to opt out of receiving a paper statement. After signing up for an online account I noticed the only information on my account was my previous payment and my next payment due. I had no way to see my account balance, payment history, payoff date, etc. I called Mariner Finance to ask where to find that information. I was told that they do not provide that information on their website and the only way to find this information is to call them directly.
