I 've recently received a letter threatening legal action for medical collection accounts that belong to my husband. They have recently been reported on my credit report. There are - accounts, - of them do not belong to me. I am not responsible for his debts and I do n't think it is right for this company to bundle all our accounts into one and go after both of us for each others debts.
