On -/-/2016, I received a dunning letter signed by an attorney on Blitt and Gaines , P.C . stationery. I sent a timely response disputing the alleged debt and demanding that he cease and desist from any further collection activities until he validated the alleged debt. The attorney filed a lawsuit on -/-/2016 against me within the thirty ( 30 ) days. I have had to defend in court while another Blitt and Gaines attorney continues to send dunning letters without proper validation. In court, the attorney for plaintiff is shifting the burden of proof onto myself.
