Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score New York

I was trying to submit a credit report request for my boys, who are 7, since I received a mailer from - with both of their names on it. Tried to use Experian 's Online Request form, but the system would not take any of my online documents, even after redoing them to the specs they requested ( PDF or TIFF and no color documents ). Unfortunately, the automated system did n't give me an option to address this. I 'm not comfortable sending this documentation in the mail since it would contain ALL the necessary information to create accounts in both my kids ' names and mine as well since it requires me to submit a copy of my Gov't ID and utility bill. Is there a more secure way of quickly doing this? - had the most efficient way of submitting a request and ca n't understand why all three do n't have this.
