For years we have used billpay to make a payment to Nevada State Bank without problems. In - we received a notice stating no payment has been made. On -/-/2016 a payment was deducted from our account at a - where my wife works. On -/-/2016, a past due statement arrived in the mail. -/-/2016, On a 3 way call with billpay and Zion, NSB 's parent company, My wife was told to stop pay and reissue another payment by a Zion rep named -. - reissued another check and sent a letter of good faith. On -/-/2016, per - made a 3 way call to billpay and this time got -. They finally received the first check which had a stop pay on it and told us we would be charged $25.00 for non sufficient funds, 2nd check had still not arrived with no explanation as to why. -/-/2016, another 3 way call to - who transferred to - for removal of NSF. She agreed to remove it - time for something called life of loan. -/-/2016, Another 3 way call to - who verified payment was posted on -/-/2016 for - payment with a late fee of $16.00.


a call from billpay, they are attempting to resolve the issue. My wife asked if she should send a payment in 2 weeks before it 's due and was told that was not needed as they back date journal entries. We have worked hard to keep a good credit score and Nevada State Bank or Zion is not helping.
