Trans Union verbally told me on -/-/16 that I have an outstanding debt to -, who reported to me on the same date that my account is current. Trans Union refused to provide me with written documentation in understandable form, stating that the previously reported ( -, 2016 ) error in their records has been cleared up and should show no balance due. This problem began with - - - sending my statements to a non-existent address and failed to contact me by phone when payments were not received.
