Equifax Credit reporting department,

Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Louisiana

I put a FRAUD ALERT, CREDIT FREEZE, AND A HOLD on my credit file over a year ago, and I am still have my credit report pulled constantly by different companies without my authorization and all - agencies are refusing to delete the inquiries from my credit file which now shows I have over - pulls in over a years time. Then lately I had a - claim paid off - credit cards from -, -, -, -, - - ( all account ) and they the credit bureus and banks has refused to update my account as paid and and - balance, I have even sent them the letter of the paymets sent to them and verified the payment had been received.


Third ; all - credit bureara, has refused to correct my address, phone number on file I have sent in my social secutity card, utility bills, DL, ect and they refused over and over again. Equifax refuse to even send me a copy of my file at all even when I send them a denial of credit. - refuses to dispute any of my request saying that I have no grounds to dispute even with new evidence. - same outcome. I have asked that the freeze stay on my credit report but I have ask that I be opt back in to receive offers from my current creditor and I have not had that fixed either.
