This is a physician 's bill that resulted from a visit, for my daughter, to the emergency department. I provided insurance information to the hospital billing department for processing and assumed this bill had been taken care of. In -, an account from Gold Key Credit Services appeared on my credit report and I immediately called the company to inquire about the debt. Gold Key stated that the original creditor was never provided with the insurance information for billing from the hospital and was never able to collect payment. I did provide Gold Key with the necessary insurance information via fax on -/-/2016 to fax number - for the bill to be sent back to the original creditor and submitted to the insurance for payment. The insurance is Michigan - therefore the bill will be paid at 100 % - It has been over 60 days and the account is still showing on my credit report.
