When attempting to get cable service with -, which I had had before in my previous state, they charged me a $100.00 deposit saying my credit was n't that good which is a lie. My - is over -. But the agency they use, Lexus Nexus, had a report showing - and had information missing, which I attempted to call them and have them rectify to no avail. I spent several hours on the phone with them over several days trying to straighten this out only to get the run around. They would never send me a credit report for me to correct their mistakes. I also disputed this with my credit card company. Lexus Nexus has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was literally screaming at the lady on the phone to correct there mistakes and she just gave me the round around. Something has got to be done.
