I sent out a Creditors Verification Letter accordingly to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. The company was not able to verify the debt belongs to me after I sent out the letter I never got a response within the thirty day time frame ( 30 ). I am providing you a copy of my Creditors Validation Letter and the USPS Mailing information with the dates. You will be able to see that it was delivered on the - -, 2016 and I never heard from them since.
