I refinanced my loan which closed on -/-/2016. The funds were wired into Stearns bank account on that day. I have been overcharged for - PMI payment for the month of -/-/2016 and have n't received my taxes of $1400.00 both from my escrow account. It 's odd that in the past Stearns paid my taxes in -/-/- and now they are saying they paid them in - - early?? ) - - records show and have told me personally that the tax payment for my -/-/- bill was paid by - The payoff amount that - paid Stearns matches the payoff statement by Stearns but Stearns posted a lessor amount on my statement as well. No dates, numbers match in these documents at all. I 'm being overcharged, they are committing fraud and I would like my money.
