This morning I submitted payments for items I bought on Ebay, with the " Pay After Delivery '' option fully on display and understanding this as a term of my authorizing the payment. Half of these purchases did not go through as " Pay After Delivery '' and are now completed, even though I did not authorize this. I ( after one lengthy hold ) explained my situation to one of your " customer service '' ( and I do use that term VERY lightly ), who informed me " nothing could be done ''. I suggested she simply reverse or credit the charge and then resubmit these charges as requested ( and specifically dictated by the terms I agreed to ), which she replied she could n't do that. Even though you absolutely can and this is per MY request, for MY money for you abiding to the terms specifically outlined and agreed to. This constitutes a breach of contract for the agreed to services by you. I am now still waiting ( 43+ minutes ) to speak to a supervisor, who just now came on and can not fix this. You need to act in good faith, you need to fix this. I am contacting my bank to dispute these transaction and they will put a hold on them.
