I received a RUSHCARD in the mail this week. I did not apply for the card. I 've tried contacting the folks at Rushcard - and they insist they ca n't close the account unless I provide my date of birth, social security number and Email address. I refuse to give them this information. I will only release my full name and the card number. How do I get them to close my account without providing privacy act information?
