Carter-Young, Inc. trying to collect a debt from me by stating that I co-signed for -. I did not co-signed for -. Carter-Young is mistaken and I believe is confused between - and -. I co-signed for - and - paid all of his payments to The - apartments for the contract that I co-signed. The Person I co-signed ( - ) did not live at The - apartment for the year of -. - lived from -/-/-. The false proof that the Carter-Young is sending me by email is showing unpaid rent for the year of -. Additionally, Carter-Young has not sent me their claim in writing ( by mail ) and their valid proof yet, although a request to send was made more than a month ago. Without claim in writing and Valid proof - is showing a collection report filed in my name by Carter-Young.I have disputed this debt more than 3 times now and Carter-young illegally has put my name for collection.
