Citibank advertised a promotion for its - co-branded with Sears to provide a 10 % statement credit for purchases cumulatively exceeding $300.00 and made at gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants in - and -, 2016, specifically stating : " For total eligible purchases of $300.00 or more each month -/-/16 - -/-/16 up to a total statement credit of $100.00 each month. '' I registered for the promotion on its first day and spent over $1000.00 in each of the - and - billing cycles at gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Citibank, however, has credited me only the first $100.00 statement credit and is refusing to provide me with the second.
