Capital One Credit Card Complaint

I had purchased a copy of my credit report about 3 months ago and noticed an account from a company by name of capital one that did not belong to me. I immediately contacted the credit bureaus and notified them and had done ftc report and did an identity theft. as of this date capital one has not done anything to resolve my issue, that 's why I am here.
