My initial student loan was financed by Navient in 1995. Since then I was approved for student loan forgiveness and the loan through Navient was paid in full and transferred to -. Navient sent me a document thanking me for my business and documented that that loan is paid in full with a - balance and paid as agreed, I have that document. At current Navient is reporting a late payment from back in 1995? That makes that unethical reporting 21 years ago? Please help me as I am actively attempting to rebuild my credit.
