I have applied for a credit line increase on several occasions. I have not received any information in writing as to why I was declined. After multiple calls to supervisors and customer service representatives it was determined that you are basing your decision from - credit reporting agency that I am showing delinquent account/s. I have no delinquent accounts on my - credit report. I am enclosing a recent copy of that report that clearly states I have no delinquency 's or derogatory information. Please fix this as I am a good customer that just want an increase in credit.
