American Express Blue Bird -/-/2016 RE : Blue Bird Acc # - I have used the Blue Bird Card for several years - processing thousands of dollars through this account - this is a Pre-Paid Card and have utilized the benefits that allow me to send family members money. I went online today to send " - '' [ one of my family accounts ], money to find that American Express had authorized and paid a " duplicate charge '' from - in the amount of $120.00. This charge was made on -/-/2016 and paid - but AmEx paid it again - the merchant - must have processed it again - yes? But why would AmEx pay it again when there is NO MONEY TO COVER IT? And put this account in the negative? I have never seen anything like this before and will not accept responsibility for this and should not have to wait 10 -14 days to have this account credited so that I can send and use the card.! I am being inconvenienced and this is not part of our agreement!

n't send - money unless I cover the - over draft? This is wrong - I did not open a credit card or loan account this is a Pre-Paid card and Am Exp made a mistake and I desire it to be corrected. Yet now Am Exp has taken up over two hours of my time and I have to go out and wire - money because I ca n't use this card! It has cost me time and money today as I have had to go out and send money through - - you should also allow credit for my inconvenience. - # - --
