Late fee Texas

I used my " in case of emergency '' credit card to get a hamburger for - in -/-/2016. I never got a bill on the mail since then. I received a letter from from them saying acct closed till paid in full. Sum -. I asked forgiveness for the oversize and was told that I would be reported to the credit bureau for bad credit. I did pay for the hamburger. Not the trumped fees. Can you help me?
