Citibank Credit Card Complaint

Citibank Credit card department,

Delinquent account New Mexico

Over 7 years ago, I was 30 days late on a payment with a Sears card. It was paid off in full, but is STILL reporting as 30 days late on only - of the bureaus and they wo n't remove it even though it was over 7 years ago. It 's the only derogatory thing on my report.
