I spoke with a lady who looked up the payment and saw that the payment had been made and transferred me to - -. When he got on the phone he stated I was 41 days past due and owed - plus dollars, yet I reassured him that I just made a payment of - and would be making another payment - - for the remainder of the balance. He began yelling stating that the check that was written had probably bounced and that I needed to clean my car out and surrender it. I asked him could he speak in a professional tone, he said he did n't need to. He than stated he was tired of me and that he was just going to take my car. I then put my brother on the phone and authorized permission for him to speak with my brother. He then got loud with my brother and began using profanity, when he asked for a supervisor he said he would n't give us
