-/-/2016 To Whom It May Concern : Please note that in -/-/2016, I called Fortiva Personal Loans and requested that my due date be changed from the end of the month to the -. I got an acknowledgment that it was done, yet they have been harassing me and also reported me delinquent on my credit report based on the original due date. I have tried to contact them a few times but there always seems to be a language barrier. I am requesting that my due date be honored for the - of the month and that my credit reports are corrected.
