It appears the Government has been sending payments to pay for the subsidized interest on my account but the monies have not been applied to my account. I need to see in writing where the government has paid 100 % of my subsidized interest by -/-/-. My account does not reflect Any government payments nor does it reflect any Decrease in Accrued interest and Principal Balance. My online account has proven the government payments have not been applied to my subsidized interest.
