I have several private student loans through Navient for approximately $ -. I have made every attempt to pay them and made several ; repayment agreements that Navient never fulfilled. I would make an agreement and start paying and they would continue to harass me and mis appropriate my payments. This has severely impacted my credit as well as my husbands. They are false reporting information to credit bureaus. I make am payment and then 2 days later i get called, my family gets called, and we are all threatened but meanwhile i already made my payment. The payments I do make are specific to certain loans. They have taken my payment and put them towards newer loans and others loans. All but the ones I specified. They even went so far as to call my neighbor and threaten him telling him my personal account info including total amount outstanding, social security number, and account numbers.
