CashCall, Inc. Debt Collection Complaint

CashCall, Inc. Debt collection department,

I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington

I have received several phone calls at work and on my cell from a woman named -. - said that she was from - and that they received a complaint from Cash Call saying that I took out a loan or credit line on -/-/2010 for $500.00. She said that Cash Call had exhausted all avenues to get the money back that they claim I took ( ie. bills to me, collections, etc ). She referred to case # - and said that if I did not reach settlement today that she would be forced to sign an affidavit and forward it to the courthouse in Oklahoma. She said that I am guilty of trying to defraud a financial institution. I never took a loan out with Cash Call or any other pay day loan.
