I stayed at the - - - from -/-/2016 ro -/-/2016. The front desk had some issues charging my credit card for some reason but they did not contact me to advise me of such issues. On -/-/2016 I received a notification from my credit monitoring application stating there was an open collection filed with Allied Collection Service. I called - to ask why they did not contact me if they had issues with payment prior to sending a bill to collections and I was told by - - from Business Corporate Office that they are not obligated to inform their guests of such issues. I believe the - violated FCRA and Unfair Collection Practices Act. I also believe they violated Regulation Z, the truth and lending act. Upon contacting Allied Collections I was told they sent a letter of validation however I never received this letter nor did I receive any other kind of attempt to contact me. I can not pay a balance or bill if i do not know it exists.My credit score has now suffered due to the inability of - - - to notify me of the issues they had.
