TCF National Bank Bank account or service department,

TCF bank paid a check of $5000.00 from my account to unauthorized person, TCF was informed about the check since -, but have refused to get the money back to me, keep telling me to wait. the last letter I received on -/-/16 from TCF stated the case will be resolved in 28 business day. but today when I called tcf to find out the status on the case I was told to continue to wait that TCF is not sure when the other bank the money was paid to is going to return the money. I think TCF do not care about how this is affecting me financially.
