My name is - - and on -/-/2016, a check was cashed at CITI BANK Branch. The check was dated -/-/2016. Some eight months ago and there was a Police Report issued to Citi Bank clearly stating that there was Identity Theft. Citi Bank ignored all Police Reports. They cashed the 8 months old check and left me with nothing. After many personal visits, phone calls and emails. The bottom line is that I will not recommend CITI to anybody. We even contacted - - CEO, who failed also to reply.No money was returned to my account after many requests.
