Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Rhode Island

Someone from a - called at a time I was busy. Mistakenly I gave my SSN. Realizing my error I issued a credit freeze in all - companies. This happened months ago. This week I received a letter from Experian stating there were changes made to credit report. I went to - and my SSN variation has a wrong number. My date of birth is also wrong, and a telephone number attributed to me was also wrong. I am afraid that in spite of having my credit frozen someone is stealing my identity. Thank you - please help
