Citi Bank Cards Customer Service has BLOCKED my accounts. Can not get any support fees, disputes, credits, and card retention. Six months of ZERO support. Elevated problem to Presidential Escalation and the managers NEVER responded back to solve numerous problems. - - -, rudley hunup on me not willing to listen and resolve probelms. - - is a problem within teh - chain of command with his bhostile attitude and unprofessional treatment.
