I sent two payments totaling $710.00 on loan B of account - on -/-/2016. I specifically asked that the entire amount be applied to loan B. It was instead applied to both loan A and B. I want this to be corrected, and the entire amount applied to loan B carrying an interest rate of 6.8 %.
