-/Citibank opened more than 25 years ago I wrote both companies, called both companies. I filed an Unemployment claim back in 2013 at No time did either state. I did not have coverage. Now I am told that the coverage I had expired prior to my claim. Nothing was ever sent to me nor was I told until I tried to get them to pay. Sadly, I purchase something that when I needed it I am told I have nothing. I can not trust this is truthful as the argument previously by - was it as Citi 's place to pay this account off as n insurance claim. Instead it was sold to a Collection Agency when it was an Insurance Claim. I need your assistance to get this paid and resolved.
