Citibank ran a promotion -/-/- where customers who open a checking account with at least $15000.00 and keep a balance of $10000.00 for the next 30 days will receive a $400.00 bonus offer. I have met the requirements of this offer and have been repeatedly promised by Citibank that the bonus is on its away. Despite opening internal case resolutions, I still have not seen the amount deposited and I have been getting the run around.
