Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

I am unable to access my Experian credit report online or initiate an investigation online. I subscribe to Experian 's credit monitoring service, however when ever I attempt to initiate an investigation and I enter my identifying information, a page appears that they are unable to honor my request and I must do it by mail. When I receive a paper copy of my report, I attempt to use the report number to view report again and I get the same message saying they are unable to honor my request. I can not initiate a dispute even after receiving the paper copy by mail. It appaears Experian has blocked my online access to my credit report information.
