Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Arizona

Experian has negative and incorrect information. I sent a letter to them and the credit grantor to the address on their report which came back undeliverable because they are out of business. the letter from Experian stated they could n't make any changes, would n't investigate again ... .oh and it states this information must stay on your credit report for 7 years. This loan was paid in full in -/-/- ... this is now -/-/- ... do the math. They are difficult to reach as their website says that can be reached on weekends yet when you call during said hours they are closed with no explanation. How can I possibly get this information fixed?
