ERC Debt Collection Complaint

ERC Debt collection department,

I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I receive robocalls and other types of calls from someone claiming to be " ERC ''. I have not engaged with these people by responding to any questions or by calling them back. I do not have any outstanding debts whatsoever. I owe no one money. I am not in arrears on any debt. My name and home phone number are publicly available, but the number is on the " do not call '' registry. As I owe no money, and my number is on the registry, I believe that ERC is engaging in fraudulent activity.
