On moneygram web site estimate for international money transfer fee showed $18.00 but when the actual transaction took place it was $32.00. When asked why such a big difference in fees no answer was given except " an estimate is an estimate ''. When an actual fee turns out to be more than - % of the estimate then it is no longer an estimate but a wild guess.
