My payment on the loan is due tomorrow. I called to simply ask whether if I paid tomorrow, would it go through in time? Or whether I should make a payment today? The service rep did n't know so put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. She then told me that a late payment wo n't go on my credit report for 90 days so I could wait 90 days to pay. This is not at all what I asked ( which I told her ) but she encouraged me to pay late on my loan.
