Iam filing a complaint against Navient department of education loan servicing. I have been a student since -/-/-, loan repayments are not due until you finish school. Right now Iam under the loan forgiveness program because Iam unable to start making payments. I have called every month for the last 5 years to indicate if I need I am able to make the monthly payment or if an extention is needed but the agent forgot to update my account and now my credit report is showing - derogatoring marks, that is drastically affecting my credit. Navient is reporting that I have - late payments for -/-/-, and that is not correct. I have tried contacting them sending them letters to fix and delete the mistake made by their agent and I get no response from them! I have asked them in several occasions to please mail me the copy of my forbidance letter and they never do!! All they send is a summary of the bill.
