Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan department,

Installment loan Managing the loan or lease North Carolina

Made a payment to Belk Credit ( department store ) to wrong account. Asked them to apply the balance to the right account and they did not do it but charged me a late fee. Asked them to send me a refund on the credit of $210.00. They did not refund the money. There is currently still a credit on the account.
