Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long

Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Pennsylvania

I have filed numerous disputes with all - credit bureaus about information on my report, either too old, closed/pay as agreed, or insurance company paid bill. They have refused to investigate or remove the items from my reports. In -, for example, I had a work related injury. I had to file a worker 's compensation suit against my employer 's insurance company. After the judge awarded me both financial and medical compensation, my attorney advised all medical bills be paid by their insurance company. There are at least - items still showing on my reports that were never taken off from that injury and the judge 's decision. I have contacted -, Experian, and - about these reports and not one of them had even investigated these. They are refusing to delete any reports and refusing to investigate said disputes. I filed the disputes not long after the judge 's decision in -, but they are still there showing unpaid/collections with the remark " consumer disputes ''
