I purchase a item the item was cancelled the store sent the money back to the card and now the company says My account has been closed due to a fraud investigation this has been ongoing for about - months now when in fact me and the merchant called and talked with someone.I heard nothing from them in regards to my account, I have to keep calling them with no response besides call -
