Citibank Credit card department,

Transaction issue Michigan

Cititbank accepted duplicate deposits for a balance payoff. My account balance had a negative balance of over $6000.00 dollars that I requested back from them. They held on to my money without explanation and repeatedly told me they would return it after 3-5 days ... ..and then another 3-5 days. Now I have to wait once again.
